Villain Plan Generator

Generate a villain with a motivation, scheme, key resource, weakness, and trait. D&D campaign villains and antagonists for fantasy fiction and one-shots.

Generates a villain in six parts: villain type, core motivation, current scheme, key resource, a secret weakness, and a memorable trait. Each field has 20 options, for 64 million possible villains. Types range from corrupt high priests to undead liches to deposed monarchs, with explainable motivations like betrayal by those they once trusted. The weakness field builds in the route to defeating them, from an object they cannot be parted from to arrogance that blinds them, and the trait field makes them stick in memory, like never raising their voice even when furious. Useful for D&D campaign villains, antagonists in fantasy fiction, sci-fi or horror, and one-shot adversaries who need to land in a single session.

This generator creates: Villain Type, Core Motivation, Current Scheme, Key Resource, Secret Weakness, Memorable Trait.
