Each result gives you the mistake, what happens immediately, the complication that follows, how the enemy responds, and a mechanical effect loose enough to use in any system. The mechanical effects avoid edition-specific wording, so they work in D&D, Pathfinder, and most other systems. Fantasy and sci-fi are both supported, with jammed weapons and failed targeting added when sci-fi is selected. Roll the die first, then roll here for what goes wrong.
